Our Organization.

E3invest, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to transforming lives and communities through sustainable economic development. By engaging the culture, equipping individuals and groups, and expanding opportunities for growth, we empower people to create Income Generation Units—small businesses launched with the support of our team and short-term investment program. These businesses not only enable individuals to achieve self-sufficiency but also spark broader economic development, creating ripple effects that help eradicate poverty. At the heart of our mission is our innovative short-term investment program. Click here to learn more about how it works.

We currently operate in Andhra Pradesh, southeastern India, where we have spent years building deep relationships with educators, doctors, and nonprofit organizations.

Our Founder’s Story.

My name is Mike Roberts, President and Founder of E3invest. In 1998, a friend invited me on a journey to the remote, underdeveloped villages of India to meet people whose lives were vastly different from my own.

Years earlier, a simple map and a few pictures of India had sparked my curiosity and, before I knew it, captured my heart. With nothing but a journal in hand, I embarked on an unforgettable journey through the Republic of India—52 hours by plane, 48 hours by train, and countless hours on an array of vehicles. It was India or bust and there was no tourist destination in sight.

Stepping into this new world felt like landing on another planet. What I encountered was extraordinary – a vibrant people with an untapped potential and an unshakable determination to create better futures for their families and communities. They had the drive, but they lacked resources.

That trip changed everything. India was no longer a distant place on a map; it became a part of my purpose. The connections I formed and the needs I witnessed made it clear that this was a lifelong calling. Today, through E3invest, we stand alongside these brothers and sisters—serving, leading, and empowering them as a new India emerges.
